rhiaro aaronpk, ben_thatmustbeme: ssl update - I got a reply from someone higher up the chain explaining that the cert thing was to do with an IP address problem resulting from the server being ddos'd a couple of months ago. still their fault, but better than them just being incompetant. Also it's a few cpanel button clicks to install my own, so I'll do that soon.
