Jeena I wrote https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/feedmonkey/ which is a HTML/CSS/JS application which works offline. But I made it installable on the phone because I miss some detail in how to make it so it won't want to redownload the app from the internet when I get on the websige in the browser when I'm offline
