George_ I think what I am wondering about is (1) a decentralized alternative to google alerts or twitter search, which (2) can be more manageable by having a limited scope e.g. only indieweb participating sites detected by xyz schema; and (3) by use of schema/microdata allow context/content signals to be hoovered up by the crawler so that the user can better filter the firehose
