petermolnar on the reply-with-comment: currently there is not standalone template and permalink for a single comment in wordpress, which is a problem. So when you post, someone replies, and instead of starting a new thread with a new post, replying with a comment to that incoming comment, which does send a webmention, should be an option in my opinion.
