aaronpk i was thinking, if there's a concern about potentially getting stuck sending out too many webmentions, (like if you get a bunch of comments/webmentions received all just seconds apart) then you could add in a sort of rate limit/batch mode, where you only send outgoing mentions every N seconds, as a way to help throttle that
