[chrisaldrich] Unlike many cookbooks, I usually prefer interspersing sections of ingredients and instructions for portions of recipes followed by ingredients and instructions for other portions. Perhaps the mise-en-place/industrial engineer side of me that wants to make recipes more practical in actual use for the end use.
