Zegnat I think we need a guestbook for IWCs that people sign with their name and URL. Then we can retroactively create a /Guest_List. The list @ https://indieweb.org/2016/Brighton#Participating does not feel to me like it matches the people I spent the weekend with

sknebel the event-creator has a list from the signup, but it's tricky with having data public. I can completely understand if people don't want to be publicly listed, I myself would likely object to tagged photos

Zegnat Which is fine, that is up to each person. But I do feel like the guestlist should be public, or at least build in a way that allows a canonical list

Zegnat If everyone signs a guestbook people can still chose to not sign it, but it will create a canonical list of people who were at the event/venue, if that makes sense

Zegnat aaronpk, a checkbox sounds good. The problem is that registrations still do not have to reflect actual participants. A friend of mine was talking diversity in tech, when I checked we had several women sign up, but only 3 there (and unluckily only 1 in the featured group photo)

Zegnat What you would like for the wiki is a list of actual participants. Which is easily solved with a guestbook.

Zegnat !tell tantek Taking a look at /Falcon#Storage_format you do not link any examples (or even show a full post as example HTML) but the URL is guessable (you document YYYY/B.html). However, you also suggest falconpost.php adds things like the syndication links there and do not mention the second storage file at all. Missing documentation?
