aaronpk Theres certainly overlap in the concepts of self hosting tools, but Matrix isn't really "webby" so it's kind of a separate thing than IndieWeb. Certainly there's a lot of good things about Matrix especially compared to other chat systems. But I'm not aware of anyone using Matrix to host their website for example
