tantek since before deleting an app (especially account), you'd want to: 1. export any data, 2. review their data retention policies (so you can "know" when/if your data/account is "actually" deleted), 3. review and delete any OAuth connections (in or out), 4. document each of those steps for each app/silo (preferably with screenshots and how to) on the wiki. anything else?
