[chrisaldrich] With things like webmention and micropub as far along as they are, we're getting closer and closer to Generations 2 and 3. A few larger scale projects like Manton's or what I suspect DreamHost wants to do with it in relation to WordPress may help be tipping points to scaling these functionalities to a larger audience.
