sknebel regarding markup, when I swap the p-bookmark-of to a u-bookmark-of an mf2 parser shows a "bookmark-of" with a "value" of the url, I think that's what you'd want? http://pin13.net/mf2/?id=20170409110353645 (not sure myself, anyone else?)
