petermolnar_ re tantek Zegnat WordPress has a plugin called Keyring which makes using oauth with it fairly easy; there's also a pretty decent PESOS plugin built on it, called "Keyring Social Importers", but these are definitely not for beginners as they all require a custom app on the silos. There are others, which doesn't, eg. the Jetpack addon (see http://indieweb.org/WordPress/Plugins#POSSE_Plugins ) but those tend to have less control.
