jeremycherfas I have some probably dumb questions about TWITI. First, why does the link on https://indieweb.org go to a chronological list of editions? Wouldn’t it make more sense if it always went to the latest edition? Secondly, when you go to an edition, there’s no way back. Wouldn’t it be good to make the banner a link back to the home page?

petermolnar I decided to remove the actual text of responses (webmentions) and show only a link (kinda like ordpress pingbacks); reasons are: I don't want to deal with licence/copyright problems, and because a lot of the e-content is messed up and includes half of the website instead of the text only

petermolnar maybe not them; another one, for sure, and the response was, 'oh, should I turn webmentions off then?' - still looking for the mail

petermolnar anyway, I'm aware this is not ideal and that it ignores the whole idea of webmentions, but so far, also due to the 'who own what' debate, I'll settle with this. It's the display only, I do have a copy of the contents.
