jeremycherfas I've read the above and some posts on the topic, and I really think it is incredibly hard both to have rules that would always apply and to decide each case on its merits. Iknow that if I have something to add (which makes it more of a reply or comment than a like) then I'll try to do it on my own site and POSSE.
