goodmode yes, so I'm aware all my files are hosted on neocities' servers and obviously I have no control over whether they go down. The IW wiki says a silo requires you to make an account, and allows interaction with only accounts on that site. For web hosting is this different in that they'll allow you to code comment systems or aggregation lists that don't just include in-site content?
