[eddie] Right now it only works if you listen to an audio post in the /Reader. Plans are for if you are listening/watching audio/video posts in the Reader OR if you are on an h-entry page in Safari, and listening to audio or video that is marked up as u-audio/u-video then the Media Fragments will be included
