[xavierroy]instead I decided to do a collected quotes microcast using Amazon Polly ๐ Though I would really like to see if I can build a ppodcast out of say a wordpress category

jeremycherfas!tell kevinmarks I'm not sure why an established podcast person would want to try tryca.st for a single series. Maybe if I were wanting to start something new, but even then if I hae all the kit and experience here, what do I get for my money?
[kevinmarks]What I liked about tryca.st was the very easy recording of guests and giving back split audio with a track for each, recorded locally without codec glitch and net dropouts

jeremycherfasThat may be worthwhile, especially for multiple guests. I normally use Skype ior FaceTime, which do give odd glitches, with a mix-minus set-up. Local recording would, I hope eliminate that. But all I really want most of the time are separate tracks on which to work.
amz3so it's not a "relational" use case but the graph aspect of triple stores will allow to link table headers together against ontologies that are well known like INSPIRE

ZegnatKeeps popping up with the โSee x new Tweetsโ header. I click it. And then nothing seems to happen. What it actually did was update which 3 of kevinmarksโ tweets are being shown from his (hour?) long thread.

aaronpkevery time this happens I consider what it would take to avoid this issue by having redundancy or other techniques, and then I decide it's worth the tradeoff to not add a ton of complexity in setting that up and maintaining it
snarfedtantek: iirc i wasn't part of that reasoning...but it's *way* harder and more effort to get from e.g. three 9s to four 9s uptime than to periodically manually renew an SSL cert
tantekthat is, the assumption that indie web sites may *only* be expected to have 3 9s worth of uptime, anything dependent on requesting something from an indieweb site should be that permissive
LoqiJust generated this week's newsletter! You still have a few minutes to make changes, and I'll re-generate it 10 minutes before it gets sent out at 3pm Pacific time. https://indieweb.org/this-week/2018-02-23.html
