We shipped a new iOS app today for photoblogging called Sunlit. https://sunlit.io/ The idea is that it helps complement Micro.blog, but it doesn't require an account and can post to other blogs via Micropub. (It needs a server that can accept HTML via the JSON flavor of Micropub, plus a media endpoint.)
