Zegnat I thought “posts on social networking websites” were specifically called out as “personal data” (https://www.eugdpr.org/gdpr-faqs.html#What%20constitutes%20personal%20data). So surely automatically pulling in someone else’s tweets by your CMS turns you into some sort of data collector/processor per GDPR?
