petermolnar out of curiosity, I dug up Macromedia DreamWeaver MX 2004 - when you create a new site, it asked you for FTP (or something similar, say, a network drive). Once you made your changes, you had to press a single element from the menu to publish. This thing still works better, than a lot of tools today.
