[joewillmott] The agency I work at requires all employees to write blog posts for the company website, which is fine. I've got blog post ideas flowing out of my head all day long. I write down the ideas, but I want them to be MINE. As such, I only write the worst ones up on the company blog, saving the good ones for if the day ever comes when I write up my own stuff.
