[jgmac1106] but think about the terminology. You then have to refer to a new user who joins the community as a gen2 meaning they will know they aren't a gen1. Generation as a chronological meaning, nothing to do with different user personas or skill levels IMO. It's okay just not totally inclusive or inviting
