[eddie] indiepaper just takes a page and sends a Micropub request, so you just need a Micropub -> feed service. You can do that custom with wordpress or Jekyll but micro.blog also generates a feed based on IndiePaper saved (http://help.micro.blog/2018/indiepaper/)
