sl007 Personally I got the feeling it has to do with the g+ breach. Because my own mailadress sent me a password which was for a g+ "stub account" which had no 2Fauth. Is there anything public now what exactly happened with the stolen google data ?

sknebel hm, strato has an automatic backup thing, but that only keeps 10 days of state unless you tell it otherwise, so that'd only helped immediately

Zegnat tries to keep domain registration and hosting separate for exactly these sort of scenarios

sl007 Zegnat - it was and, yes, I know that was a big fault. But i was 16years ago when I choosed a very professional hoster.

sl007 It was sold to Schlund&Partner which was later sold to 1&1 which was sold to IONOS now which will probably be selled to Amazon soon ;)
