Zegnat[Chris_Adams]: I think the sessions that had GWG's Chromebook I'm the room may have gotten streamed from there (YouTube would have archives). The introductions were captured by a secondary camera from [Yulia] so I think that will be ported to the YouTube channel also.
[Rose]Noted! I was given an organiser box in Berlin to bring to Dusseldorf and Utrecht, it has things like sticky notes for session grids (reusable ones that stick with static), check lists, all sorts.
LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "microlight" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "microlight is ____", a sentence describing the term)
[jgmac1106]microlight is a blogging engine built on PHP, MySQL, and IndieWeb principles of POSSE. Currently in alpha microlight supports the following post types: note, article, photo, and video. Microlight is developed and maintained by Tom Gardiner.
[Rose]Ooh, [eddie] has an empty repo for an app that would publishing healthkit data to MicroPub, what are other people doing with health data? I know that FitBit has an API
[jgmac1106]but here is an interesting use case for future...my son gets all his baseball stats live (someone enters data and a video voice narrates the game for parents who can't go) nobody collecting ERA and WHIP data but I wanna save it somewhere somehow for him on his site....if I can get it out of course
[Rose]I know it's a micro.blog thing, but I'm thinking of automatically adding some of these to certain posts. Maybe [eddie]'s Nintendo Switch play log will come in handy here.
jeremycherfas!tell [Rose] ir is the raw data I want, to develop a personal measure of sleep quality. Garmin gives me deep, light and awake but I can't find a way to get that in machine-readable format.
[jgmac1106]but you could have so much fun...I wanted to make (well i could never do it) a slot machine for microblog where you pull the lever and get three different random emojitags for discovery
[jgmac1106]an interesting idea if an author notes that they turn comments off should I respect that and not send webmentions (just link from my site )...though I have all native comments off as spam protection so would be exception to my own rule
chrisaldrichHello IndieWeb Town! I'm glad I live here. "So far coming back to Twitter has felt like visiting your hometown: it’s great to visit but it’s also a reminder of how much you enjoy not living there anymore." --Adam Croom https://boffosocko.com/2019/05/05/dumb-twitter-adam-croom-3/
[manton][Rose] Let me know if you experiment more with emoji! I still think Micro.blog's tagmoji has a lot of potential, but I haven't done much recently to expand it.
[frank][cleverdevil] I have some problems with Indiepaper. Somehow it doesn't connect to my (hosted) Aperture account. I am not sure what is going wrong...Where can I look for debug info?
[filipe]Hi folks! I left in a bit of a rush on Saturday, and I couldn't join the Berlin event on Sunday due to volunteering. Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone for the amazing input and feedback. It was really inspiring and I especially loved [Yulia]'s keynote and [Zegnat]'s website easter egg. Also a huge thank you to everyone that took part in the session I suggested, I'm so glad to have gone through that conversation 🙂
