[tantek] Hey my color/theme skinning hack is functioning on my site! (fixed the last bug that stopped me from a full demo at IWC Berlin)

[tantek] you can now switch themes purely with a hyperlink and serverside - zero cookies / JS needed

[tantek] the switch is a bit subtle right now while I keep testing it and deploy another skin or two
