[frank] [Rose] It's all in the IG playbook. And sad thing is, it works. Even my little daughter (12 years) has a few legitimate fan-accounts and she follows all sorts of people. Most of them follow her back. She also works hard on her IG page, has a grid and a format, uses paid videoapps to make specific edits. It's amazing what she does with her accounts
