#[jgmac1106]H/T to Bastian and the Kirby team. Gave me free licenses for ALL my classes and one for my personal site since I do IndieWeb outreach and education.
#[jgmac1106]!tell sebsel, Zegnat theme developers get a free license so if you were working on an IndieWeb Kirby theme you can get one

#kaniinihi, is there any example service which is indieauth-enabled? i have been working on enabling all pleroma instances to act as indieauth providers, but i need something to test against
#kaniinias an implementation could just strip the user@ part off

#aaronpkYeah discovery should happen at the domain part, then when you send the user to the auth server they're either already logged in or they type in their account name at that point
#aaronpkPeople can just type their server name into the login prompt on sites and that is even less typing than entering their full user@domain
#kaniinianyway, it is our hope that other fediverse platforms will follow our lead and also adopt indieauth
#[jgmac1106]my guess because I was specifically recruiting women and PoC for the Summit and I do not follow them I flagged an harrassment warnign or something
#[jgmac1106]either way spent about two hours after suspension asking people to come. Was wondering why everything fell silent
#[jgmac1106]will have to deal with it tomorrow, have to take the kids to golf
#[jgmac1106]but annoyed, last time they suspended me for @ mentioning baseball players during all star game and refused on give me read/write back. Had to stop using SNAP
#aaronpkohh yeah I was just replying to mentions of me so that probably looked less like spam

#[jgmac1106]I syndicate probably 40-75 posts a day so it couldnt be activity. Has to be protected classes....too bad they can't stop the actual harassment but invite folks to a free Open Source conference and you must be bad actor
#aaronpki really suspect it's more about unsolicited @-mentions than the particular accounts
#aaronpkall we can do is speculate anyway. twitter is trying to crack down on abuse, a lot of that is done via bots using the API, and unfortunately POSSEing looks the same as bots posting
