vika_nezrimaya and I just found the tests I do on my micropub: ?q=source with empty post DB (I implement post list extension, it shouldn't error out), inserting form-encoded note, inserting JSON post, inserting JSON post with a timestamp in the past, and then inserting a post and subsequently finding it within ?q=source post list output
