[frank] RE Instagram, there are some bridges that help you out somehow, like Buffer.com and CoSchedule. You still need to manually post but they do the heavy lifting of copy/paste text and images. It's not free if you are a heavy user and maybe not as open and "yourself-owned" as you'd want it to be.
