What is Hugo?

The easiest way would be to use a tag, but Hugo has a richer way to do categories with taxonomies https://gohugo.io/content-management/taxonomies/

i still thinking about how i can use it? hugo builds the page... tweets new content... gets some kind of json for the url or the tweet and bake it into hugo data and rebuild + upload again?

Lohn[m] how are you getting bridgy to PESOS instagram posts? I didn't know it could do that? Comments on Instagram posts, but photos? (Hint: You might have more luck asking your question in the #wordpress channel.)

<[chrisaldrich] "Lohn how are you getting bridgy "> I just configured linked the bridgy site to mine and it start importing my Instagram posts. And now any new post on insta became a new post on WordPress. With the likes and comments from insta.
#
[chrisaldrich]
What is Brid.gy?
#
Loqi
Bridgy is an open source project and proxy that implements backfeed and POSSE as a service https://indieweb.org/brid.gy
#
[chrisaldrich]
Lohn[m], I know Bridgy will do the /backfeed of comments, but unless I've missed some big news it won't do PESOS (and not much will lately with the death of their API). Is it possible that you're doing it with something like IFTTT or some other method?

#
[tantek]
jacky, worth discussing examples of "RSVP with" here IMO
#
[tantek]
the most common one I know of is +1, +2 etc. where you're bringing extra people
#
[tantek]
second most common I've personally seen is dietary allergies/requirements/preferences
#
[tantek]
(things that will physically harm you, things that will cause you to violate your principles, things that you (don't) like)
#
[tantek]
there's a bunch in /RSVP#Brainstorming yet could likely be expanded. happy to discuss in chat first before documenting 🙂
#
Lohn[m]
<[chrisaldrich] "Lohn, I know Bridgy will do the "> Ok. I found it. I was using ownyourgram to sync the photos, not bridgy. Sorry.

Lohn[m], I know that the Post Kinds Plugin had a quirk that was duplicating photos imported via Micropub clients, I'm not sure if it extended to sites that didn't have it. I think GWG had fixed the issue a while back, but he may know more about the specific internals that could be causing the duplication.
#
GWG
It depended on the theme

[tomasparks] #800 backfeed comments/likes from youtube
#
aaronpk
i'm actually more interested in the posts and comments on the "community" section, which acts like a microblog
#
aaronpk
not video content
#
sknebel
and which afaik does not have an API :/
#
[chrisaldrich]
That sounds cool too. POSSE to YouTube comments would be incredibly useful. I would suspect that backfeed from that that includes the broader class of YouTube comments also. youtube_dl is already nice for doing some manual (at least for me in a very few cases) PESOS on video.

you could do the old scrape your email for YouTube backfeed, you get an exact copy emailed

[jgmac1106] I haven't looked at video for wiki related stuff yet, but will get to it. I've been looking at how to do microformats and formats for post types there.
#
[chrisaldrich]
I've used the email idea for several things, particularly after suggesting it as an option for backfeed for Bridgy/Facebook a while back.
#
[chrisaldrich]
Generally I make emailed backfeed private on my backend depending on how public it may or may not have been.
#
[jgmac1106]
dokuwiki has theming options I don't care enough for now to worry about it, just trying to do content for now
