[chrisaldrich] joseph_dickson, I've been working a bit today on a post about how to improve the default mf1 markup in WordPress core for mf2 support which will give you a more IndieWeb /friendly experience. It'll be a few days until it's finished, but hopefully it will be basic enough that even a beginning WordPress developer could add it to a theme.
