petermolnar among a lot of tech people on the notion of "Facebook is the Internet equivalent of a public accommodation" - but as far as I understand, that is no legislaton around any kind of public facility or place online or virtually. Question: am I wrong, does anyone know of an online service being officially classified as public space?
