parjanyacould anyone give me some examples of personal sites with good indexes? mine aren’t good, and most sites... specially blogs... just seem to have given up organizing anything
LoqiAn index is an organized list of information on a personal website potentially consisting of tags/categories, articles, locations, authors or related information to make it easier to find particular content on a site https://indieweb.org/index
AramZ-S[m]I find the indie search stuff very interesting. I've been collecting links on it over at https://context.center/topics/indie-search/ - added indie search. Let me know if there's something I missed, I am def trying to learn more about it.
Loqisearch in the IndieWeb usually refers to searching your personal site for your own content (and/or caches of content you’ve responded to), sometimes searching IndieWeb chat archives or the IndieWeb wiki, or the nascent IndieWeb Search index and service to search across community posts https://indieweb.org/search
[tantek]AramZ-S[m] it looks like https://indieweb.org/search could use some gardening if you’re interested in the subject! It covers much more than broad based "indie search" so that's an interesting challeng.
