[tantek]in other news I also updated my Upcoming Events on my home page, which, while still a manual process, still feels good as part of "home page" fix-up in general with getting my sidebar photo grid working again
LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "super follow" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "super follow is ____", a sentence describing the term)

[KevinMarks]The icons are a http vs https thing - my hosted known site is http only so the browser sulks. Redirecting to the homepage is a hosted known glitch too - [benatwork]?

[benatwork]I'll take a look on all counts. The infrastructure to provide https is much much easier these days - time to really upgrade that service and maybe even open it up again.
[KevinMarks]Thanks Ben - I don't have a wildcard cert so wasn't sure how to attach one to known.kevinmarks.com when it's served by you. A subdomain could work as a redirect
veraciouxHi. I have recently set up a debian VPS and I want to self-host a personal mail server there. I have a django backend with the standard user/auth system with users saved in a postgres database. Is there a mail server app that can automatically set up an email address for each user from the database by reading the email column?
[tantek]welcome veracious! very close to the right place to ask this 🙂 because of the technical depth, and especially the challenges of a personal mail server, #indieweb-dev is probably a bit better
