[tantek] ^ gRegor for that specific example, I POSSE my HWC RSVPs to Twitter for precisely that reason (promote others joining). It does mean my RSVP "comment" looks a bit different (it's written to "look nice" on Twitter), however I do think it's a good reason to distribute RSVPs beyond their direct in-reply-to
