[tantek] Allie, I would not call any SSG "friendly" as in user-friendly, as in something a non-developer can setup, maintain, and use successfully. Even 11ty requires "three [command line] commands" and having "npm on your machine" which are both #indieweb-dev skills. I'd say any SSG conversation should be done exclusively in #indieweb-dev until someone has reduced the command line and developer library/toolchain dependencies to zero.
