[snarfed] [tantek] re video posts on the fediverse, serving videos is outside the protocol, but it looks like some instances do download and re-host. eg in this post, the AS2 Video attachment URL is on http://snarfed.org, but viewing the post on indieweb.social (which is on masto.host), its web UI is serving the video from cdn.masto.host
