[KevinMarks] Mention.tech is an ugly site because I mainly built it to test the webmention spec, but it does work for sending webmentions. There is a caveat as it will show a red cross until the mention is validated, so wait a bit (until you see an http result code). I should fix this, but it is built using the older python 2 appengine model and tools, so doing so is a lot of yakshaving.
