Northri I have almost zero experience with HTML apart from a weird Markdown+HTML local blog thing I was working on. I want to make a website that looks like it's straight out of the 90s, and I want to learn some HTML (not necessarily CSS if I don't have to). I just don't know where to start with that. Software, host, etc.
