[tantek] I am figuring out a transition strategy for reducing and eventually stopping referring to people using their Twitter @-handles. Step one is a new policy of if they haven't posted on a social media account in the past year, then I will take that as information that they don't want that profile used refer to them as part of their identity. Treating such absences as quiet quits as it were.
