[tantek] some considerations: (1) how easy it is to file a trouble ticket? (can you do it from mobile?), (2) what is the response time to filing a ticket, acknowledgment, action, interaction, resolution, (3) what "absences" of support are there? E.g. do they only respond M-F? only 9-17:00 in some time zone? not on holidays?
