Here's mine as an example, feel free to steal the structure: https://indieweb.org/User:Zacharykai.net You login with IndieLogin, which you can set up with rel=me links to your email (in the header or in the body of your homepage.) I realize I'm explaining it as if you don't know how to do it, but hope that helps regardless!
