fnhipster_ I'm getting the sense this might be more of a general/lobby space, but I've also noticed that when newcomers ask questions, they're often pointed to the bot or wiki. I wonder if there's a way to balance that with more direct community engagement? Some of the warmest communities I've experienced find ways to welcome questions while still keeping conversations manageable and going.
