glhm I just wanted to say that i stumbled upon indieweb yesterday, and i had some fun poking around microformats and bridgy fed. Thanks for all your hard work ! (Will I get to implement webmentions ? maybe, who knows)
#
lesleylai Welcome, glhm!
#
lesleylai I haven't delved into the technical side of Indieweb much yet (other than the `h-card` on my home page). The microformats and webmention stuff kind of daunts me
#
lesleylai I'm also not yet sure whether the benefit justifies the energy it would cost me to implement them
#
Loqi hey lesleylai, it seems like this conversation is more appropriate for #indieweb-dev (Microformats, implement)

calciume Does anyone have tips as to how to make your personal website appear in search results?
#
calciume Mine does technically show up but only broken links to my blog and not the home page itself
#
[morgan] Im happy to talk about this, maybe we should talk about it in #indieweb-dev, sometimes people arent fans of search engine talk on main here-
