tantek !tell KartikPrabhu here is my loopback detection code - the new function "is_loopback" at the top of https://github.com/indieweb/link-rel-parser-php/blob/master/src/IndieWeb/get_rel_webmention.php - also live on Falcon and re-checked webmention tests to make sure they still all worked.
