Zegnat petermolnar, I just finished your going static post. Have you considered adding links to the footnotes that take people back to the content? Navigating by keyboard is hell now

Zegnat I don’t think that is possible. Though it might be with some marginalia trickery.

Zegnat Tufte CSS (https://edwardtufte.github.io/tufte-css/) does a nice job of lining out marginalia next to the text, but that too is extremely dependent on source ordering.
