tantek all this investigating and revealing of issues of rsvps, webmentions, bridgy, webmention.io, invitations etc. is both good that we're uncovering all these challenges (and documenting, resolving incrementally), but also indicates to me that we have very little real world use of depending on indie events + RSVPs (since otherwise the issues would have been uncovered sooner)
