aaronpk I should really host my conference videos myself as well as the youtube copy. right now I store the master mov file at home which is like 8gb/hr, and publish them on youtube. if I encoded a web-friendly version of that it would take a lot less space than 8gb/hr and I could host those files myself. just a lot of transcoding to do.
