@kevinmarks ↩️ Trackback had a bad cost/benefit tradeoff, as it never showed much more than that a link had been made. Webmention is a lot closer to a twitter @ reply, and so has some of the drawbacks that they do. The difference is that the mitigation of them is under your control.
